Upper Chute - Country Home Renovation & Extension

This project involved the extensive renovation of an existing country property in Upper Chute, alongside the construction of a new wing to create a substantial family home designed for entertaining.

The work included new bathrooms, electrics, windows and interior decoration, bringing the existing house up to the standard of the new extension while ensuring everything worked together as one home.

A big part of this project was the relationship we built with the owners. We worked closely with them throughout the renovation, making adjustments and refining details as the build progressed. Those conversations helped us understand exactly what they wanted from the finished house and make considered changes along the way.

Some of the most distinctive features came from the craftsmanship of our team. Bespoke vanity shelving was made using locally sourced elm, while sliding doors were handcrafted by our experienced joiners using scaffold boards from the project itself.

The result is a substantial, high-specification country home that reflects the owners' individual tastes and the way they wanted to live and entertain, with thoughtful details that make it their own
