Stanton Harcourt - Five-Bedroom Replacement Home with Indoor Pool

We replaced an existing four-bedroom cottage with a new five-bedroom family home, complete with an indoor swimming pool and gym.

The build combined traditional materials and finishes with renewable heating, integrated lighting and full audiovisual control.

With a project of this scale, there are a lot of different elements to bring together. Decisions around heating, lighting, audiovisual systems, finishes and construction all have an impact elsewhere, so getting the detail and sequencing right was important from the outset.

We spent time planning and coordinating those elements early, looking at the practical, technical and cost implications before work progressed. That continued throughout the build, with clear oversight of the programme, costs and decisions so our client always knew where things stood and what was coming next.

The result is a substantial, high-specification five-bedroom home where traditional materials and modern systems work comfortably together, with a complex build that was kept well organised and manageable from start to finish.
